The minimum down payment typically starts at 5% for owner-occupied loans, though this can vary depending on the lender, loan type and your overall financial situation.

How do I know if I qualify for a mortgage?

Qualification depends on factors like credit score, income, deposit, employment type and debt-to-income ratio. We can run a no-obligation assessment to check your borrowing position.

What documents are needed to apply for a home loan?

Generally: proof of income, employment history, credit history, ID and details of your assets and liabilities. For self-employed borrowers we will usually need 1–2 years of tax returns.

How long does the home loan approval process take?

Approval times vary, but with a properly prepared application and strong file, conditional approval can come through in 48 hours to a few business days for standard scenarios.

Can I get pre-approved for a mortgage?

Yes. We offer pre-approval services to give you a clear idea of your borrowing capacity before you start house hunting or making offers on commercial property.
