Founded in January 2025 by Enhao Wang, Bridle Partners was created for clients whose lending needs require more than a standard loan application. Many clients do not just need a rate comparison — they need someone who understands credit policy, lender appetite, deal structure and how to present their position properly.
We work across commercial property, business finance, residential lending, investment property and asset finance — alongside our clients' existing accountants, solicitors and advisers where required. We regularly work alongside accountants, solicitors and buyers agents — focusing on lending strategy and finance structuring while respecting each adviser's role.

Enhao brings more than 10 years of banking and lending experience, including roles with HSBC and Westpac. Having worked inside major banks, he understands how lenders assess risk, where applications commonly fail, and how to structure a transaction before it reaches credit.
