Enhao Wang
10+ years inside the major banks.
Founder and Principal Broker of Bridle Partners. Former banker at HSBC and Westpac — now helping business owners, property investors and homeowners secure the right lending with strategy before application.
A decade inside the banks — before founding Bridle Partners.
Enhao's banking career began in premium retail and relationship banking, working with clients who often had more complex financial profiles than standard PAYG borrowers.
At HSBC's 333 George Street branch in Sydney, he worked with high-net-worth individuals, professionals and senior corporate executives on residential lending, investment lending and broader finance requirements.
He later joined Westpac, where his focus expanded into self-employed borrowers, business owners, commercial property, SMSF lending and complex structures — giving him direct exposure to how banks assess different borrower types, income structures, business entities and security positions.
After a decade in banking, Enhao saw a recurring issue: even strong clients and viable transactions can struggle when the structure, lender selection or credit story is not properly prepared. Bankers are also limited by the policy and appetite of a single institution.
Bridle Partners was founded to give clients a broader and more strategic finance experience — not tied to one bank's policy, built around the client's specific circumstances.
“Strong clients with viable transactions still fail when the credit story is not prepared properly.”
How Enhao works
Understand the client's objectives, income, structure and security position
Identify lender policy fit and credit appetite before submitting
Structure and present the application clearly — the way lenders assess risk
Manage the process from application through to settlement
Bridle Partners regularly works alongside clients' existing accountants, solicitors, buyers agents, real estate agents and business brokers. Enhao understands the importance of respecting each adviser's role — Bridle Partners focuses on lending strategy and finance structuring, while clients continue to receive tax, legal and financial advice from qualified professionals.
This collaborative approach is especially valuable for transactions involving business structures, commercial property, SMSF lending, complex income or time-sensitive settlements.
